The Human Resources Department keeps records of the academics, academic support employees and non-academic employees of the University of Bucharest. It also keeps records of employment exam files and organizes employment exams.
The main activities of the Human Resources Department are the following:
- issuing employees records for appointing and promoting for a position at the University of Bucharest, irrespective of the employment type (basic, internal accumulation of positions, external accumulation of positions) and issuing respective decisions;
- issuing decisions for the University of Bucharest employees’ merit classification, for salary increase, according legislation into force, regulations and procedures approved by the Senate of the University.
