On floors 2 and 3, the Gaudeamus Hotel is meant to accommodate guests of the University of Bucharest, participants to various manifestations taking place within the university (conferences, ceremonies), associate professors, researchers, partners etc.
The main advantage of the Hotel is represented by the fact that it is the newest accommodation space owned by the University of Bucharest, thus satisfying all the needs of its guests when it comes to comfort and means of communication.
The second floor of the hotel offers 15 double rooms with individual bathrooms, TV, refrigerators and internet. Guests on the second floor can also use the common kitchen, which is completely equipped.
The third floor offers 12 single rooms and 2 apartments, with individual bathrooms and kitchens which are fully equipped. Also, the rooms are connected to internet and TV services, each room having its own TV set and refrigerator.
A second advantage is represented by its position, which is very close to the city centre, in sector 5, thus enabling fast transportation with the public transportation lines to the University of Bucharest Chancellorship, the University Square, the University Hospital, the Cişmigiu Park, the Izvor Park, to the Palace of the Parliament, to the Cotroceni Palace, to the Opera Square, to the Constituţiei Square, to the Romanian National Opera, to the National Theatre of Bucharest, as well as to the Old City Centre terraces and to the Unirea Commercial Centre.
