On the occasion of the beginning of the school year 2024-2025, the Virtute et Sapientia Foundation of the University of Bucharest, through the SEED program – Educational Support for Underprivileged Children , continued the tradition of special moments of involvement and support for its pupils.
With determination and hope, the volunteers strived to offer support to the pupils from the fourth generation of SEED beneficiaries at the start of a new school year important for their educational course. The success of this action was possible, just as every time, thanks to the involvement of the members of the Direction of Strategic Orientation, Evaluation, Monitoring and Public Policies through the Inclusion, Equity and Equal Opportunities Service.
The SEED project continues in school year 2024 – 2025 with 30 newly selected beneficiaries. Through the generosity of the sponsors of the foundation and the effort of organizers, the 30 pupils received school bags and a complete set of school related materials, containing several notebooks for each discipline, geometry sets and fully equipped pencil cases.
The school bags packed with school items were prepared with great attention and love, being carefully packed and containing messages of encouragement for the pupils who, starting this moment, have joined SEED and will be supported by a prestigious community in order to achieve great results at the National Evaluation next year, underlined the members of the foundation.
From the messages transmitted by the beneficiaries, the action enjoyed great success and appreciation from the pupils, who were surprised and thrilled by the items received, highly necessary for daily preparation for school.
