On 23 and 30 May 2022, CIVIS hosts two information sessions regarding the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships and the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Doctoral Networks.
CIVIS MSCA POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIPS INFODAY – May 23, 2022
On May 23,2022, CIVIS universities will host an online infoday to present the opportunities offered by the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships program to the CIVIS community.
The MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships program grants individual, trans-national fellowships to outstanding researchers who wish to acquire new skills through advanced training, international, interdisciplinary and intersectoral mobility.
Researchers of any age, nationality and discipline, in possession of a doctoral degree by no more than 8 years, can apply to a MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship choosing a CIVIS university as host institution. Applicants will receive extensive support throughout the preparation and submission of their proposal, they will have access to supporting materials and to an online workshop.
MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships are also a great opportunity for CIVIS academics who want to host excellent researchers in their group. The fellowship covers the researcher’s salary as well as research and management costs for the host institution.

CIVIS MSCA DOCTORAL NETWORKS INFODAY – May 30, 2022
On May 30,2022, CIVIS universities will host an online infoday to present the opportunities offered by the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Doctoral Networks program to the CIVIS community.
The objective of Doctoral Networks is to implement doctoral programmes by partnerships of organisations from different sectors across Europe and beyond to train highly skilled doctoral candidates, stimulate their creativity, enhance their innovation capacities and boost their employability in the long-term.
Doctoral Networks are open to international consortia of universities, research institutions, businesses, SMEs and other non-academic organisations and all areas of research may be funded for four years maximum. Each beneficiary of a DN project must recruit at least one doctoral candidate and can also organise secondments for them anywhere in the world.
