I am a researcher, Assistant Profesor at the Department of Political Science of the University of Bucharest working on art and politics (both cultural policies and artistic artifacts) in modern dictatorships and for now in Eastern Europe and Latin America (with a focus on Romania and Chile). I also deal with the aftermath of dictatorships through an analysis of art of memorialization or art of memory.
