This year also, Sapienza Università di Roma implements the Transversal Soft Skills Training Program for researchers from the CIVIS community at the beginning of their journey. It aims to improve the training path of doctoral students and diversify the skills of early-stage researchers.
The current edition, which will start on November 7, 2023, covers various topics, ranging from methods of participation in European R&I funding programs, to systems for capitalizing and managing research results.
The program includes six training modules, held in English (on the Zoom platform) and open to early-stage researchers (and PhD students) from other RIS4CIVIS institutions.
Effective participation in each Module for at least 75% of its duration allows participants to obtain a Certificate of attendance.

The offer is developed as part of the measures envisaged by the Sapienza HRS4R Action Plan (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) and represents a concrete contribution of Sapienza Università di Roma to the exchange of knowledge between researchers within the Alliance.
