Associate Prof. Claudiu-Paul Buglea, PhD
Assoc. prof. Claudiu-Paul Buglea is lawyer at the Bucharest Bar and arbiter at The Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania. He teaches International Commercial Law and Private Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest. He was Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Law of UB for 12 years, and member of the University’s Senate, between 2011-2019.

Professor Dan Oancea, PhD
He was born on 01.01.1958, in Rome, Italy. He attended the “Dimitire Cantemir” High-School classes and the No. 24 High-School in Bucharest. He graduated the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, with the grade 9,98, in 1982.
In 1991 he obtained the Doctoral Degree in Law at the Faculty of Law of UB, and in 1987 he became an academic of the same faculty. Ever since 1982 he has also been working as a lawyer.
Since 2009, he is a university professor and lecture coordinator for the disciplines “An Introduction to Roman Law”, “The Theory of Obligations in Roman Law” and “The History of the Romanian State and Law”.
Professor Dan Oancea, PhD, became director of the Public Law Department and member of the Senate of the University of Bucharest in 2008 and Vice-President of the Senate of the University of Bucharest in 2012.
