Main Responsabilities:

Cooperating with the central structures and faculties of the University of Bucharest;

Interacting with the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ARACIS);

Interacting with the National Qualifications Authority (ANC);

Cooperating with the Executive Agency for Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation Funding (UEFISCDI), Unique Student Register- National Student Authority (RMU-ANS) components;
-
Organizing and conducting the process of provisional authorization, accreditation, or periodic evaluation of the bachelor’s and master’s degree programs of the University of Bucharest;

Drafting the procedures for preparing Self-Assessment Reports for all study programs to be submitted to ARACIS;

Preparing correspondence to faculties regarding the visits of the Evaluation Commission, ARACIS Confirmation Reports, Evaluation Reports, and other situations requested during the external evaluation process;

Generating statistics on the type and form of external evaluation for each study program of the University of Bucharest, the frequency of external evaluation processes, and the results of the ARACIS evaluations;

Organizing and conducting the process of registering professional training and research objectives with the ANC to ensure that the University’s academic fields are aligned with labor market requirements;

Registering/Updating qualifications in the National Register of Qualifications in Higher Education (RNCIS), verifying and recording occupations and Romanian Classification of Occupations (COR) codes proposed for qualifications;

Among the types of documents and data managed, we mention the self-evaluation reports of study programs/domains, approvals and endorsements from the University of Bucharest’s governing structures, evaluation reports, validation and registration certificates, as well as electronic formats for consolidating processed information, along with comparative summary reports on the degree of data submission at specific reference points.
