The University of Bucharest continues its tradition of initiatives dedicated to environmental responsibility, equity and community well-being by organizing the fourth edition of Sustainability Week, taking place from 26 October to 1 November 2026.
Organized with the involvement of the faculties, the event brings together, as in previous years, workshops, educational activities, competitions, campaigns and awareness-raising initiatives, all aligned with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) promoted by the United Nations. From environmental protection, biodiversity and the energy transition to education, communication, social responsibility and well-being, the programme reflects the diversity of perspectives within the academic community and demonstrates that sustainable development is a shared effort to which every field can contribute.
The event programme is available here.
