Among the subjects targeted by the new session of CIVIS BIPs are classes that are focused on health, cities, territories and mobilities. These aim to approach both various experimental models, as well as a series of technological innovations in these fields. Registrations for this series of BIPs are open until April 28th 2024.
- Natural products: applications, formulations
- Anatomy of trauma and its implications for addictions
- Attractiveness, branding and governance of regions
Interested students are invited to carefully read the application criteria and the details of each individual program. At the same time, organizers strongly recommend candidates to give special attention to the CV and cover letter, as these are the main elements taken into consideration in evaluating applications.
Next to the unique study opportunity, you have to know that taking a BIP offers students 3-6 ECTS credits and the activity is mentioned in the CIVIS passport of each participant. The physical mobility is financially supported through CIVIS founds, provided that applicants don’t receive another Erasmus scholarship simultaneously.
The registration deadline for this session is April 28th, with the next session being organized in fall.
ABout BIPs
Built on the premises of the concept of academic excellence, this type of program crossed the borders of subjects, cycles and traditional study fields, thus guaranteeing the participants a new vision on the themes under debate.
Each BIP is developed, organized and taught by teaching staff from at least 3 CIVIS member universities and combine online teaching with 5 days of physical mobility in one of the countries of the universities involved in the program. This new format, which combines online sessions with face-to-face meeting opens the way to new international study opportunities for students from CIVIS universities. The opportunity to meet professors and colleagues from other universities in the CIVIS Alliance, the chance to travel and, foremost, to approach a subject beyond the usual borders are just some of the benefits of a Blended Intensive Programme.
More information on this type of study program are available on the dedicated webpage.
