Adina Camelia Bleotu is a lecturer at the English Department of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures, University of Bucharest, working on morphology, language acquisition and psycholinguistics. She earned her PhD in 2015 from Ca' Foscari University, Venice, with a thesis comparing various morphological approaches to denominal verbs. Her subsequent research focused on language acquisition experiments on various semantic and pragmatic phenomena (during an ICUB Grant and an internship on experimental pragmatics at ZAS, Berlin), as well as on psycholinguistic studies on agreement attraction errors (during a Fulbright Grant at UMass, Amherst).
