She is a Lecturer within the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences and she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses on educational technologies.

Her academic work focuses on distance and online education, educational technologies and platforms, game-based learning (GBL), Open Educational Resources (OER), computational thinking, and instructional design for digital learning environments. She has authored and co-authored publications in peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes and has presented her research at national and international scientific conferences. She is actively engaged in academic and professional communities dedicated to advancing research and innovation in educational technology.

She has developed extensive expertise in the design, implementation, management, and evaluation of technology-enhanced learning programmes, and is involved in many national and international projects as coordinator or member in the project team.

Her long-term collaboration with Open Distance Learning has contributed to the development of innovative pedagogical approaches, digital educational resources, and quality assurance practices that support flexible and inclusive learning opportunities.
